We design and manufacture all our Rugby, Football, Netball, Touch and Ice Hockey uniforms.
Yes we do embroidery, we can embroider uniforms, shorts, hoodies, caps and beanies, we charge $2.00 per 1000 stitches excluding gst.
we do have a minimum of 10 units per Cut and Sew project.
Custom cotton T-Shirts have a minimum of 5 they can be separate designs.
Embroidery has a minimum of 10 units.
Ideally we’d like artwork should be supplied in a vector format like AI, EPS or PDF. This is to make sure the detail in the design is not lost and to give you a high quality finish. If this is beyond your art capabilities then a hi resolution image file or PSD may work out ok. We’ll need to see the artwork first before confirming.
Yes we can design you art work for your manufactured products ideally we would like you to supply any logos that are already in use in your organisation or clubs
We charge a minimum of one how then per 15 minutes of design.
Our Design rate is $75.00 per Hour.

Other questions
Generally with any basic job we suggest a 7-9 day turnaround from finalization of artwork. On cut and sew uniforms this can be from 4-12 weeks depending on the work already in production. But we always will let you know what’s going on and keep you informed along the way.
You can request a change at any time until printing has commenced. We will only commence printing with written approval from you.

Yes, we will accept payment by cheque by arrangement, however please understand that we will only commence production on your job once payment has cleared in our account. All cheques to be made out to “Design Shop Limited”.
Our Design and Print production as well as our store is located in Alexandra, Central Otago.
Our cut and sew factory is located in Invercargill.
